Is your book ready for submission?

Dear friends and fellow writers,

I’ve been asked to lead a Book Submission Lab through book inc, an offshoot of project write now’s writers institute. Starting in late July and running for six months, the Lab will guide you in creating a submission plan and query letter, researching agents, and polishing the heck out of those opening pages. It includes a detailed review of your submission packet, guests speakers describing their publication paths, and peer support through the querying process. It’s designed to support writers of both fiction and narrative nonfiction.

If that sounds awesome but you’re not sure your manuscript is ready, I hope you’ll come to book inc’s virtual open house this Wednesday, 4pm PT / 7pm ET: So You Wrote a Book… Now What? We’ll talk through the ways to decide whether your book needs more revision or is ready for the world; book inc has a lab for either answer. It’s an opportunity to learn more about the structure and design of both the Book Submission Lab and book inc’s Book Revision Lab.

The open house is free, but you’ll need to register to receive the Zoom link.
